Payment Processing Through Your Bank

  • Make certain that payment date on your personal bank payment is at least 10 days prior to the 15th of the month to avoid any late fees.

  • Keep a good eye on your invoices to make sure your bank payment isn't late or check for late fees.

  • You may see the payment post to your checking account, but the check has yet to be processed, mailed to the City from the processing center and actually applied to the utility account.

  • The payment does not post to the City's bank account automatically from your bank.
